RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Estate Jewelers At Buckhead, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand our terms for returns and exchanges.
FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS AT ESTATE JEWELRY AT BUCKHEAD.
All items sold as described unless specified to be polished or resized.
Each piece is fully insured and all shipments require an adult signature at delivery.
Availability & Inventory Policy
While we strive to keep our online inventory up to date, there may be rare occasions when an item has already sold before it is removed from our website. If a purchase is made for an item that is no longer available, you will be promptly notified and issued a full refund. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Timeframe
We offer a 7-day window for returns and exchanges, beginning from the date your package is delivered.
Notification
If any item falls short of your expectations, kindly notify us promptly to address and resolve the issue.
Authorization
To initiate a return or exchange, you must call for authorization. Final sale items, worn or damaged items, and source-specific items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Conditions and Packaging
Returned items must be in the same condition as sold, with all original packaging retained. Ensure all items from the original package are included in the return.
Shipping Instruction
Pack you return securely to prevent damage during transit to Estate Jewelers At Buckhead. In case of missing items in the return, shipping refunds will be delayed until those items are successfully returned.
Inspection and Refund Process
Upon receiving your item, we will inspect it for signs of wear or damage. Refunds will be processed accordingly. Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment.
Insurance Claim
In the rare event of a missing return package during transit, an insurance claim will be processed. A refund will only be issued upon completion of the claim.
Refund Timeline
Please allow up to three business days for the refund to be credited back to your original account.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee will be charged on refunded items. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Special Orders
No refund or exchange is available for special orders.
High-Value Orders & Final Sale Policy
High-value orders ship with UPS Signature Required (Adult Signature where applicable). Once delivered and signed for, responsibility transfers to the customer. All precious metals and jewelry sales are final. No refunds. No chargebacks.
